Sifu Kwok is the resident instructor for Chelmsford. He is also the Chief Instructor for this Association. Sifu Kwok is recognised and registered on the Wing Chun family tree. He is also a student of Grandmaster Ip Chun. Sifu kwok's personality can be described as modest, friendly, hardworking, and most importantly as a teacher, patience.

Sifu Andrew Francis has been training with this Association
from the beginning of his Wing Chun Path in 2001. Those who have had the
pleasure of partnering up with him will vouch that he is very generous
with his knowledge. He has now completed his 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Forms.
He has also completed Wooden Dummy, Six and a Half Point Pole Form, and
now in 2006 completed the Eight Chopping Knive Form. Sifu Andrew Francis
is also the Chief Grading Examiner.

Sifu Atilla Toth was originaly from Master Leung Ting's Lineage. He is Hungarian and found English was an obstacle. When he searched for a club to continue his training it was just fate that he found Sifu Kwok who had the patience with his broken English. Sifu Atilla Toth has worked hard and is very well liked for his teaching skills and friendly personality. This is one guy who arranges his work schedule around his training.
