Sifu Ashley Rowan started training in this Association since he was 13 and has kept up his training all through the years. He has been to Hong Kong twice. His first time was sponsored by this Association when he stayed for 3 months. On his second visit to Hong Kong he was commented by Master Ip Chun that he is a talented young man. Sifu Ashley earned his title just after his 18th birthday (2005) making him the youngest Sifu in this Association. Included in his experiences are Thai Boxing, Boxing, and Ju-Jitsu. His regular sparring partners is a 3rd Dan Karate Instructor and also another chap who is his good friend a county boxing champion.
